Drive the overall Transformers business and act as the “brand content expert” to deliver the Transformers story through toy, game, online gaming and entertainment programming. Set brand targets and objectives, review and manage the product line, plans and performance. Partner with Global Brand Team in creative development and ensure consistency with brand vision. Act as key liaison with Transformers fans in China and work to strengthen relationships with this community.
• Degree in Marketing or Business with a minimum 5 years’ brand management experience, preferably with digital marketing knowledge

Contribution to internal processes and sales planning process cooperated with internal marketing team and sales team. Lead the category planning and execution process for all brands from concept to market. Partner with and support Creative (Graphic Design & Development) on development of color palette, patterns, backgrounds, retailer exclusives, etc.
• Bachelors degree with over 5 years licensing, publishing and marketing experience especially in brand management, licensing industry or consumer goods required
